Full-bodied wines such as Shiraz (Syrah) , Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage typically have more tannins. But the tannins get softer in aged wines. Well aged wines generally cost more. If you don't like the tannins then try medium bodied wines made from the grapes grown in colder climates such as Pinot Noir.

it is not black south africans who could run wineries because they will want the money in bank account before even to have the grow grape fruits in the vine

I have been trying wines made in South Africa that I could find in local shops in the last month. South African Pinotage, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvingon have different profiles to those from new and old world wines that I tried. Good wines. I recommend this one : http://kanonkop.co.za/wp-content/upl...p-Pinotage.pdf
