I am 6'1 and 235 lbs(that's 185 cm and 106 kilos for those who still use the metric system),been classified as atlantid+brunn,and I feel average,sometimes even small or short.

75% Norwegian and 25% Spanish.

My dad is the most stereotypical Scandinavian/Nordid ever, being 6'4(193cm) tall and reddish/pinkish skinned, very blonde and light blue eyed. Also big headed with a tendency towards a long face and skull. Huge headed, nothing fits him.

Mom is 5'6(165cm or so) and half Norwegian and half Spanish with her Norwegian father being about 6-6'2 tall, blue eyed and blonde with a slight hue of red in his hair. Brunn looking honestly.

My grandmother is only around 5'2 (South East Asian height) and overall typically Southern European looking(black hair and olive skin). To be fair, my grandmother lived and suffered during the Spanish Civil war, which could easily be the reason for her short height.

My brothers are as follow(half brothers, different father): 191cm and 182cm. My sisters(6 of them) are all between 170 and 183cm(5'8 to 6ft), they are all expect my younger sister 100% Norwegian.

Skinny as a motherfucker like my dad and brother was before both started lifting weights, now my dad's 230lbs of mostly lean mass. I've got very little muscles and fat on me but my bones are decently 'broad'(shoulders etc.) so if I had another 20lbs/10kg on me of muscle, I would look like a proper Mesomorph. Though I naturally weigh around this(150lbs) when not doing anything, so naturally I would be strictly speaking an Ecto.

BMI of around 19 which is at the borderline underweight. My tall brother(191cm, 6'3ft) had the same issue but to the point where he seriously only weighed 135lbs despite having almost 2 inches on me! He was sickly, like a starved concentration camp survivor. He do not have an appetite, which is why is has been undernourished his whole adult life until recently(2 years ago or so) when he started lifting weights and gained 45lbs! Now he is fit as fuck, still ecto but not as much as one would think looking at his previous starved self. Same applies to me I guess but to a lesser degree.

The more steroids you take the less phenotype will matter,in the end you'll end up looking like a balloon..
For naturals ,excluding height and nutrition ,the most robust phenotypes are the native europeans,who altho are usually meso in body type and often they can get huge framed,just take a look at strongmen competition ...
Meds,Dinarids and their variants are thin framed people...
