Neither indeed. I'd love to live in a Nationalsocialist state. It is everything that I desire for a healthy, structured society -- the total opposite of the one I live in right now. I realize though I must do something about it in my own way.

Hitler was a weapon.
Terrible, compressed and full of ambition.
If he had been utlilsed a bit more correctly, he could have done wonders.
Because he removed the one weakness of democracy : Apathy, by Aggressively propgandizing the Aryan Race Philosophy, which in turn led to the tighter kinship and comradeship among Germans.
He had his weaknesses and that were over confidence and hatred of Slavs. If an intelligent person could have rendered them useless, he could have been a potential revolution on the planet.
National Socialism is just an ideology. Better for some and worse for others.

That doesn't mean it's totally inseparable from Hitler. I strongly sympathise with National Socialism, but I hate Hitler. Most of his actions that are considered bad were totally irrelevant to his political ideology.

Which actions were totally irrelevant to his ideology? Have you read Mein Kampf, Hitler's 'Second Book' and Hitler's Table Talk? I'd say there was very little he did that was inconsistent or irrelevant to his ideology.
