Would you date/marry someone of a different religion?

Nah, religion is too important, I cant agree or even less be raising my kids with someone whos jewish or muslim or pagan

We need basic similar values, ideas, goals to make this work, no need to agree on everything, but the big lines yes

Probably not; too much conflicts of interests concerning espoused values and so forth.

I'm more inclined to date someone with similar, reflective values and beliefs, etc.

I think the mistake that most athiests make is that they believe if humanity would shed all religion, the world would become some utopia. It's true that in the last 100 years we have become more advanced than in the last, thousands. But it's a mistake, humans will never know everything, though we do know a lot now. I couldn't marry someone who is ultra religious in any form, and absolutely no muslims. Islam was started by baal anyways, and I don't worship satan, I just think he's a prissy mad little angel that got thrown down for being a dick.

I would prefer to date someone atheist or agnostic like me, but if he would be christian would be ok for me.
Other religions (except christianity), no.
Maybe yes for some pagan religions, but it depends much which pagan religion it is.

I think for me it would depend on how different the religion is from mine. I would not mind a similar one but if it is very different then I do not feel the relationship will work or their faiths might change as a result. My cousin for example was same religion as me but she started dating an atheist and we were thinking something drastic will happen. Sure enough, she became an atheist and did a 180 degree change from who she was. I know another couple who has different religions and they bicker and fight constantly and the relationship is almost over. And I even have a catholic friend who is with a buddhist or some Indian religion and they seem to get along. I personally see in these 3 examples that 2 out of 3 relationships were affected when they said they would not be. Therefore, I will only accept a similar view to avoid something crazy.
