    Yep.
    Like in English ("pussy").
    And like in French: chatte (a she-cat) is a word you have to be careful with, cause in our slang it means "slit", if you see what I mean.

    Same for minou, which is an affectuous denomination for a sweet feline animal, bat takes another meaning in sexual intercourse (something hollow and wet...).
