According to my observations there there are two main phenotypes prevalent at the same time in the Czech Republic.
On the one hand you have Nordids who could pass as well very good in Poland
On the other hand you have the Balto Alpinoids with Pontid influence who are often much darke pigmented than average Poles.
3rd most frequent are Dinarids who could also pass very good in Southern Germany or Austria

Strangly the current Czech football team was not a very good sample of the Czech population because the Nordids were disproportionately represented

I think Balto-Alpinoid is most present. Compared to Poland there are probably more Alpinids whereas in Poland there are more Baltids.
I don't know if the Nordid component is stronger than in Poland, but it's definitely weaker than in Germany.

Pontids are common in Carpathia and the like, but as a whole of Poland, Nordids are more common in comparion to Pontids. From my personal experience, NordoPontids are more common than Nordids and Pontids proper. As for your question, yes, Czechs have more Pontids than Poles and even moreso than Slovaks.
