Nothing is really all or none so you'll have a small percentage who will choose differently. I agree. Overall the biracial marriages are still below 10% in USA (1:11). It used to be 3% before the 1980's. I don't think it is all due to racial softening of ideas but more related to living among many nonwhites. For example it is very hard for me to find Irish, German or Norwegian decent men to date and be available who want children- considering there are only 25% Whites in our city. I wanted to date a few Norwegian men who seemed nice enough to try a relationship but they dated Asian women mostly; honestly, they made more money than I did and had better jobs (attractiveness about the same I think). So it may be economics too behind some choices (not all). The couples have to deal with biracial babies then....... it can bother them since they're living past theory and political correctness. Don't we all have personal expectations and fantasies how the baby will turn out?
I just kept on looking and married a nice man later who desired children. It is a waste of time to hate others and energy above all.....life is too short. If people are so ethnocentric and proud of their ethnic race they need to have babies and raise them with kindness/ love. Do the walk and not the talk............![]()
