I'll go with 5, 3, and 1 being Portuguese, and the remaining three being Spanish.

3 looks very Portuguese and 4 looks very Spanish (she has a face I only see in Spain, never a Portuguese woman). I'd say 5 is Portuguese and either 6 or 1 is also Portuguese.
All are Spanish. Maybe 3 and 6 not.
