Before I went to Camp I had 153.6kg (338.6 Ibs) now arrived home, the home scale shows 146.7kg (323.4). I feel like another human, and much lighter. I will update this thread with my potential weight loss every few days. I would appreciate some support.

May I ask how and why you became overweight? I know it's hard and an emotive subject, but it might help to discuss it.

People preach about the "healthy balanced diet" without really explaining what they mean by that, because there are no hard and fast rules.

However, I have found that reducing carbohydrate foods helps, and I did lose weight by that method.

You won't offend your hosts if you eat the meat, fish, eggs, cheese, the green vegetables and the salads.

Concentrate on avoiding sugar at all costs when you're visiting. Sugars and white flour and other high starchy foods disrupt our hormone balance, which leads to weight gain. Best of luck while visiting. And congrats on losing what you have so far.
