    Default Irish people, descended from Spaniards ?!?!

    I always though that Celts in Northwest Spain (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria) were descendants of Irish/Britons celtic tribes, but it seems was backwards. Apparently, Celts of Ireland may be descendants of Iberian people, celtic and non-celtic, this is a very good subject to discuss:

    Those web links are very old (2006) and they were based on R1b. After that genetics appeared and showed no so much similarity...

    Indeed. The vast bulk of the R1b found in Ireland isn't downstream from the R1b found in Iberia (or visa-versa for that matter). They're simply different branches of the same tree.
