Where in Europe is your perfect climate?

I don't like places where it gets really hot,cold or humid. My least favorite climates would be humid sub-tropical and the continental climates. My favorites would be Oceanic,Maritime and Temperate. I'm a fan of mild climates and I would prefer to live somewhere that doesn't have harsh winters and the hottest it gets in the summer is between 70-80 degrees. The only places in the United States fitting that description are Oregon,Washington and the coast's of Northern California.

Those states are on the West Coast and I live on the other side of the country, which is a bummer. Unfortunately, I have to deal with a humid continental climate. If I were to go to Europe then I guess I would go to England,Ireland,Netherlands,Germany, Belgium,Switzerland,Austria and the Czech Republic because those countries climate's are mild for the most part.
