Oh no! There is much more physical variability in Iceland than in any Norwegian province.
Europe's most phenotypically depleted area has to be the North of Spain (besides the larger urban centers). No immigration, and centuries of poverty fueling emigration.
In the end you get a population which only consists of declensions of a few basic types:
