C'mon Tuan...you can't compare the United States to Europe in any way shape or form.
New world rules do not apply to the Old World. Why? Because even at the inception of the United States by our European forebears, this was only made possible at the expense and displacement of an entirely foreign culture that had lived here long before we did in any great numbers.
I am American in my thought process, and whether or not half the Americans on this board disagree with me, the FACT remains this country's history is what it is in large part due to either voluntary or forced immigration of many different ethnic groups.
The same does not hold true in Swedish society, which by and large is geared for a homogenous population with shared values and mores.
Some Americans are bothered by the concept of Anchor Babies. I am not. If a person born here cannot lay claim to legitimate American citizenship...then who the fuck can? I embrace Jus Soli and its principles, as well as see it working in harmony alongside Jus Sanguinis in certain cases.
Jus Soli has never applied in Europe. Not based on the things I've learned from you, anyway. If you are not to use Jus Soli as a premise for retaining non European immigrants, than by your own definition of Jus Sanguinis, they should be deported.
I personally don't see small pockets of non-ethnic immigrants as necessarily bad, if they've gone there for schooling or some sort of work that contributes to society. By and large though, Sweden should remain comprised of ethnic Swedes.
In the USA, there are no real ethnic Americans. This is why the two cannot be compared.
