I'd disagree on that ; the first is very much more exotic by European standards than the Iranian woman. Rai, for example, exhibits facial flatness (flattened forehead and nasal root and overall "softened" facial structure) that would be odd in Europeans and most other Caucasoids. Not to even mention her facial structure and features. I think Ms. Rai is for the most part an Indo-Brachid with mild Weddoid. Rather typical for an Indian (barring her colouring). While the Iranian woman is Indanised to an extent (she shows some Indian influence in the jawline and reduced facial and nasal height), she's fully Caucasoid (brachycephalised Iranid with significant Indo-Brachid influence) and comes as looking like an odd-looking Iranian than anything else.

As for the dating question, while neither are particularly beautiful to me, the first one looks much more natural and cosmetically unaltered than the latter and therefore gets my vote.
