Because they have a very specific look (Rammstein), they look very German. Albos are not German. I would think it's pretty logical.

Till and Schneider could easily be Czech or Slovak.

It seems they've aged pretty horribly, but if we're talking about their younger years, I would say Schneider (and not based on the photo you posted). Till and Kruspe have that stocky/beefy look I really don't like, although objectively I guess they're decent looking. Flake is ugly as shit

Plenty of Albos look similar to Germans and vice versa. You'd think you never seen any Albos to say that. I get the german thing the whole time even though I look thoroughly Albanian.

The average Albanian looks nothing like the average German. Nearly every blond Albo could be German, but that's what 10-15 %.

I think what I said was nothing out of the ordinary. Eastern Germany was in the Soviet Union, so it's believable that some admixture happened. A lot of people believe in this hipothesis. Apart from that, I agree.

Of course there are Germans who phenotypically have some slavic influence, but these guys don't really fall into that category..

1. East Germany were not in Soviet Union.
2. East Germany was socialist for 41 years, not 400.
3. Soviets were not often involved in relationships with citizens of other communist countries.
4. To be Slavic it is not enough to have some ancestor from the 17th century, and most important is person's self-identifying.
5. You can look Slavic without being one. You can look German without being a German.

It doesnt have to be blonde to look what you perceive as "german", there are plenty of dark haired germans. And I never said majority, it was you who dismissed what I said like it was something impossible. You have never been to Albania so you can't really be an expert on our looks.

You say so, I have been twice. Anyway Kosovars and Albanians are the same ethnicity so, there isn't a big difference from Kosovo Albanians and Albanian Albanians.
I never said that Germans are all blonde, I said the only Albanians who really look German are the blond ones w/ some dark-haired expections ( so 20% est.) but you being blond, it's normal people would mistake you as a German.

Typical dark-haired Albanian looks Italian, not German.

I'm sure most agree with this post, by saying plenty, you're referring to most Albanians pass as Germans and that's ludacris.
