What I cannot understand is that murderers like these are protected because they are in little bodies. As far as I'm concerned, they are just as evil (if not more so) than a 25 year old who goes on a killing spree.

I guess it depends if you see the sentence mainly as a punishment or a way to protect society. 10 year olds arent metally developed like adults yet, which could be a reason to punish them less severely. However if you see it the other way you have to ask yourself, when they are capable to do this at the age of 10 already, what kind of adults would they become. No matter if you execute them or not, those boys should never be allowed to walk free again.

No. It was abolished in the 90's.

No, colour has nothing to do with it. I remember the case of little Jamie. I cannot understand how children can be so evil.
