Where the Nephilim mentioned in Genesis 6:4 Neanderthal?

We now know because of DNA evidence that all none Africans are mixed with Neanderthal. We can take gene tests to see how much Neanderthal DNA we have.

"When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years." The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown."

This speaks of Male Nephilim mating with female humans. We now know that this was the case with Neanderthal. Only male Neanderthal mated with female humans meaning that the female humans raised the hybrids. The gene flow was one way only. What do you think?

I think they were either Aliens or Atlantans eg from a previous epoch.

I'm not into the alien theories at all. Also our understanding of the time lines and the bible are off. For example Job was obviously written in the ice age and that does not match current thinking of the time lines.

The book of Job is the oldest book in the bible and clearly was written during a period of glaciation.

Job 38:29
Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?

Job 38:22-23, “Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? Or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?”

Job 37:9-10 says “Out of the south cometh the whirlwind; and cold out of the north.

I don't know but there are possible neanderthal ties in other mythology like Grendel from Beowulf and the Fomorians in Irish mythology. The old Roman/Greek gods were considered Giants so perhaps the bible's giants are derivative of that. There are a million explanations that can be thought of.

No, the Gods were the sons of Cronus who was a Titan. The Giants were enemies of the Gods

Well beowulf is way off as far as time and i don't think really fits as well as the biblical story but i glad you mentioned giants. It made me think of what can happen when two distinct species interbreed. Take the Tiger and Lion mix. Called the Liger. Its real not just on Neapolitan Dynamite. The off spring of the Tiger and Lion are much bigger than either. Could the male Neanderthal and female Homo Sapiens also have this giant quality? Could explain a lot actually.
