Since this is not a poll, I will simply state, yes I do. Unless one understands the essence of esotericism, no amount of explaining will be sufficient.

You could explain the essence of esoterism as it relates to astrology.

I'm guilty of believing in it astrology, I believe my sign fits my personality almost fully, and lots of times horoscopes can be accurate.

Yes, it's a very ancient eastern mediterranean tradition, I will post some quotes from ancient Greek writers who wrote about it. My grand-mothers used to pray and make some spell in order to cure me when I ''cought the evil eye''.
They did some weird stuff with water and olive oil but I don't remember

Yes i do believe but not this one from the newspapers of course. Our ancestors were more focused than us on this subject so they could read it really well. The real one has almost nothing common with the cheap one. You have to take care of everything in it and i think this can somewhat determine someone tendencies and appearance. But to realise it you have to keep in mind that you cannot take it like strict science but more like help. On the other hand i can't believe that you can precisely predict your future from it. That's dumb. It rather applies not to one irrelevant random person but to humanity groups and nature in a bigger, repeating circle which is depicted by this consistently changing configuration.

Not really. There's a good chance that whatever the horoscopes tell me will happen to me anyway. I am impressed at their understanding of human nature, they are skilled people.

I believe in what has happened, what is happening now and what is likely to happen based on the previous two categories. Although i find life is a lot easier to live if you believe in fate. Thinking that whatever will happen to you was going to happen means you worry less about unneccesary things. For example i could think i did something stupid a day or two ago, and i would want to go back and change it - But i know that by the nature of going back to that point, everything would unfold exactly as it did the last time, and i would make the same choices - Because there can be no other outcome. In the end you either do something or you don't, things happen or they don't happen - And whether or not they happen is dictated by whether a number of the previous things happen or don't happen. Almost digital.

I don't believe in astrology, I don't think the stars position's can define your destiny or the way you act, we are the ones who have the resposability for our own doings.

Besides the personality description is very general and therefore are applicable to anyone.

I don't believe in astrology, especially not the horoscopes printed in the paper. I don't think all the traits of my star sign fit me and I identify with other star signs more. Maybe if I learned about astrology in-depth and about more than just star signs, I would change my mind. Besides, the things you read in the paper could apply to anyone as they can be so general sometimes.
