No, it's depeding from Turkish girl to Turkish girl.
Turks from Western part of Turkey are usually less religious up to atheist even Muslim-haters or they look down on religious people.
Just because of 1 Turkish girl above in your example behaved that way does not mean all Turkish girls are the same. I know many Turkish girls who would never date a non-Muslim, but it also doesn't mean all Turkish girls behave this way.
