Lol I'm a 20 year old college student, im in no position to raise a kid. I would save her life obviously, but I would have to take her to an orphanage.

Save her, contact authorities to try and find the parents. . Its not easy to say how one would truly feel in that situation in regards to adopting or not. Well, I think I would offer to adopt her if there were no extended family to take care of her.
