She is very atypical for being a native. Her face is very exotic, and not common at all.
Even if she goes to somewhere f.e. and speak perfectly Greek, they will ask for her passport and not her (Greek) ID
(I have mistakenly done it to a diasporian Greek that looked NOTHING like Greek).

Who are they? 99% of Greeks would take her as Greek straight away.

You also said that I can't pass for Greek but a Greek have mistaken me for Greek in real life. The case here is different because she is Greek, I'm not, so for me you may be right, but for her you aren't. Just because she doesn't look Greek to you (and to be honest to me too), this doesn't mean that she isn't Greek.

Btw, my friends mother is 100% Indonesian and both her name and surname is Greek.

You are exotic for here. You look foreign. But do you expect that out of the 11.000.000 people all will believe the same?

She might be. She also might be a neautrilized one. Or she might be one of those ''diasporians'' that are almost non-Greek at all (I have talked about in other threads.).
