There is not much difference. I would say the Czechs are slightly more dolchiocephalic and a bit darker pigmented.
But in both nations, the Western Slavic phenotype, which means West Baltic is most widespread

There is difference, believe me. Poles look much more similar to Ukrainians and Belarusians, despite Poles being West Slavs.

Compare her with Miss England. I think they resemble each other.
The combination of blue eyes and brown hair is not typical Czech and also her head shape is not standard
