Albanians are generally nice, polite and intelligent. I know that the country is poor and Albanians are heavily involved in organized crime but I'm talking about individual Albanians I talk to.

To contrast Bosnian Muslims are generally ignorant, aggressive and rude.

Can anyone explain this?

Mostly pent up anger and since they live in the Balkans they have adopted an aggressive attitude to daily things.

What kind of rudeness? Speaking Serbo-Croatian around people who don't understand it; leaving them out of the conversation?

I cannot totally agree. Some Albanians are quite ok, some are lunatics.
The same can be said about Bosnians. It is even in my eyes

I think it's because Albos are more cunning, while Bosnian Muslims are more naive,they don't know how to hide their feelings.

Nevertheless,this is just gross simplification.

Generalizations and stereotypes are usually wrong.

Bosniaks are Turk-oriented, Alboz are Westerner-oriented. That might explain the differences and why the average Westerner prefers Alboz.

Albanians are very anti-Turkish. This seems to be pervasive.

Also, Albanians have become very secular and most are Muslim only in name and culture; non-practicing.

That makes sense actually. Bosnians seem brutish while Albanians seem more sophisticated.
