I do love the action genre, but not if the movie is overly cheesy. Bloodsport is so cool for me, it's a movie I don't mind watching often. When I'm sick with a bad cold or flu, my movie equivalent to chicken noodle soup is heroic movies. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Arnold Schwarzenegger movies rank high on my go to list when I'm ill.

I don't get the logic of some people in European countries. You say the people in your country aren't an ethnicity based on the diversity of haplogroups but at the same time you get upset when people don't treat you like an ethnicity and include foreigners as ethnics as well. You can't have it both ways.

Thanks to Tuan Belanda, I finally got to see this film. My daughter was right when she said to me that it was the single darkest film she'd ever seen.
I would have to agree. Leaves you feeling sick inside at the end. Nonetheless, it was a very compelling movie....especially for anyone who has any interest in nuclear war and its aftermath.
Bloodsport is very cool and more realistic than modern action movies where the beating is often too much for a powerful wrestler.
