What is the last movie you watched ?

I saw "Get Out" and "Ghost in the shell".

'Get Out' was much much better than the latter and the more interesting one out of the two. I honestly don't think it is too far-fetched for something like that to happen in the nuthouse of America, there are a lot of whack job psychos living there in fact; JK I'm only stereotyping. I appreciated the originality of the storyline and its execution. The way they shot the gore and violence scenes were very creepy and intense as well. The funny dude added a nice touch of comedic twang into the film. I guess I'll rate it a 9/10

'Ghost in the shell' was kind of pretty boring and lacked true substance. I felt like I was reading an un-animated manga novel with boring talk. 4-5/10 for the film; 10/10 for scarlett johansson
....but speaking of Sci-fi.. I saw that new "Life" film starring jake gyllenhaal and thought that was very well made. A very atmospheric kind of sci-fi/horroresque type of film. I love atmospheric types of films so I'll have to give this one a 7.5-8/10. Definitely not a 9/10 but worth a second watch to me at least.

I might buy the 'Get out' and 'Life' movies on DVD sometime, but not 'Ghost in the shell', though I must admit that I'm a big fan of Scarlett Johansson.

Finished this movie with a friend today...

At first I was like what is going on..then I was like frick noooooooooo. Poor family but husband should listen to his wife more because almost cost him his life and hers.

Then he and I watched this one.

Creepyyyyy but sooooo goooood. Based on a true story of a mass suicide of James Warren Jones and his followers.
