What is she? She is of Neopolitan origins.

No guesses? I think when she was younger she resembled a north + south Europid mixture, CM or Osteuropid + Mediterranid. As she aged she looked more exotic looking with something eastern. If I didn't know who she was I would place her further east then Italy, maybe Turkey or somewhere else in the Middle East with Mongolid influence.

It's very hard to tell because every decade, she looks different.

However, she reminds me of a friend of mine (actually my friend reminds me of her) who was classified on Skadi as west baltid/armenoid and was guessed as Polish and Romanian.

But don't be so quick of categorizing everything dark and exotic/armenoid as Turkish or Jewish.

That been said, if I had to place her exoticness, I'd say Roma Gypsy.

There is probably a historical explanation of ancient tribes colonizing and settling south Italy and south Greece contributing with a slight different look from north Europeans that someone with that knowledge can explain, but at least I don't think there is a Roma Gypsy mix in the Europeans.
Who would like to give a way their son or daughter to people living in a ghetto and their way of life. And believe me that people 500-1000 years ago where much more racially aware than today.
But overall who says all ancient Indo-European white tribes where blue eyed Nordic looking?

I don't think the Gypsy looks like Loren, but rather the latter more closely resembles the Turkish actress than the former. The Gypsy looks highly typical of an Indian woman. Her appearance certainly isn't the result of unusually swarthy Moorish or Negroid genes from some distant South-Eastern European ancestor manifesting themselves. In this case, the woman clearly has little to no European admixture. Loren looks Semitic, her phenotype reflects that, and given the history of migration and inter-marriage between Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, it makes sense.
