That's a whole other matter. I have a friend who thinks people are way too trusting of the government and not nearly as suspicious as they should be, so I am familiar with that argument.

There is alot of space in America, but I hate urban sprawl, overdevelopment, and megalopolis landscapes with a passion. Japan drove me crazy because it was such a cluster f**k (part of their problem obviously is they are on an island). I was happy to be back home after being there, and glad I didn't live in such a place. Granted, we're not there yet in terms of overcrowding and theoretically may still have ample space regardless of mass immigration though I'd hate to see more places turn into Newark, NJ (another metro area I can't stand).

As for the topic, I really don't see a right wing third party rising to compete with the GOP. Best we can do, for now, is just continue to support those like the Pauls who continue to work with the elephant entourage. I see a competing party just splitting the overwhelmingly white GOP vote. Not a good thing.
