Does this man look part Black?

He is Moroccan, his father is mostly Berber, whilst his mother is from the south of Spain (I think) but Muslim, so is probably part Arab too.
His hair is extremely curly, almost afro like, and the texture is similar to that of a black/mixed race person. Is it possible that he may have some black ancestory? Judging by the pic?
