I would firstly dismantle the right-wing EU which enforces "free" markets and free movement of labor.

I see no point in clashing bourgeois nationalisms against each other, so these changes would be dependent on a proletarian nationalist uprising and socialist governments:

N. Ireland to be reunited with the RoI.
Independent Republics of England (inc. Wales) and Scotland (inc. Isle of Man)
Independence for the Basque nation, Catalonia, Castille, and Galicia.
Russia, Little Russia, and White Russia reunited.
Independence for Flanders.
Wallonia to unite with France.

I've never heard the EU be described as right wing before.
