Uhm, most theoretical basics were achieved by Germans like Werner Heisenberg and stuff. And don't forget the flood of German scientists working for the USA during and after the war. The USA 'acquired' the German missile and rocket program after WW2, with most of the scientist and technican personal. Without Wernher von Braun there were no Americans on the moon in the 60's. Jesco von Puttkamer was an important person of the NASA till his death a few weeks ago.

Good, this can shoot down drones. Also, there's no need to argue about who's better: Germans or Americans. Many Americans share the same ancestors as these Germans. Quite obviously both come from great people!

It is true. Scotch-Irish and English population together is a largest population than Germans in the US. Other sources suckThe German population in America is greatly exaggerated

It's more likely that English ancestry is underrated (among Southerners) than German ancestry is overrated. Everybody here in Pennsylvania, and most of the mid-Atlantic has some German ancestry, while a sizable population doesn't have English ancestry, or if they do it's so distant and non-influential they can't remember it. There is a reason why 2/3rds of Pennsylvania spoke Deitsch in 1790's census.
I didn't say "most Americans" anyway. I said "many Americans" which is the truth. It is either the first or second largest ethnicity in the U.S, and the ethnicity that composed the second most U.S presidents.

Just so you can get an idea. German ancestry is real and obviously present in the U.S, both culturally and genetically.
So please, next time you bring random and baseless statements, provide sources.
