The other islands do not have the same accent as Sao Miguel.

While not sure about Portuguese, I know the Argentine accent of Spanish is more hot-tounged when copred with the robust European accent; is it the same with Portuguese?
How well would a Braillian and a Portuguese or Argentine and a Spaniard undertand one another?

the portuguese would probably be the least understood while he and the brazilian would understand everyone else better

At the 15.35 mark is Sara Silveira from my island, her accent is more like the regular accent, different from the Sao Miguel one I posted:

That's what I meant about the other islands having accents more similar to the mainland, it's Sao miguel that has the most unusual accent. Terceira and Corvo also have a few differences, but not as much as Sao Miguel.

Yeah, well my mom says it's easier to understand Brazilian Portuguese than Micalense. There are tons of jokes about the Micalense accent.

I can distinguish the Azorean accent, it is quite unique indeed.
they speak more correct for your version of the language. not for the Brazilian version.
