Perhaps at least partially immigrants. But in general it is fair to say that Tyroleans are the Austrians with most Med influence - in other words the swarthiest Austrians
They have some med vibe, but they are mostly dinaric, alpine and norids. In the other hand, ethnic northern italians aren´t med, more dinarics and alpinids with noric strains. I think these austrians would be more "med" than the ethnic northern italians (not the mixed or inmigrants).

No definitly not, why should Tyroleans be more Mediterranian than Italians. This defies any logic.
Compare these individuals with those from Milano or Verona and you will notice a difference

When i said more "med" (that means if there is any chance for them to have some med), means that tyroleans would have a minority of that med blood, and northern italians perhaps even less (both people are mostly dinaric, alpine and norid). Check i have never compared whole italy to tyrol (its impossible to compare them), only northern parts of italy and i would include parts of tuscany, and not the inmigrants (they are maybe millions), only ethnic ones. I have seen thousands of people in Veneto, Piedmont and Friuli and the majority are on par with austrians, swiss and southern germany.
