Black / Negroid inferior people born as slaves and ruled by other race from Scientific racism

This was a hundred years of racist theory that Black people were inferior and born with low class inteligence. It was a popular theory back in the days that Negroids were inferior and can only advance by mixing with Caucasoid genes. There's a list of Scientist who proposed this but all what these Scientists have claimed are now considered Pseudo scientific but even it wasn't the case it would be considered too degrading to humans.

I don't know how true is this, I can think it's mostly false but there maybe some truth. For example the people who were Black and ever had a descent civilization were the East Africans who have 40 - 62% Caucasoid DNA. And many countries with predominate African population prefer a White or Asian leader to rule their people.

For example the greatest president of South Africa is clearly half white ( descendant of colonial European african ). If you look at DNA even many of the South African Blacks have dutch European DNA.

Historically in East Africa, Latin America, Caribbeans there was many hundreds thousands of Chinese men that married with African slave women and many of them rose to prominent positions, Some were presidents of either Chinese or half Chinese descent and countries that were predominately African population.

Athur Chung, first president of Guyana from 1970's to 1980's ruling a predominate 46% African ( including Creole ) and 43% East Indian population. He is of Hakka Chinese origin and is only 1% of the population.

The whole "inferiority" thing comes from slavery, it's mostly an European idealism.. Before that Africans where living peacefully in their own ways, without little foreign intervention. Every human group has its ups and downs, if Africans where so "inferior" they wouldn't have chosen them to work hard as slave,s we would have to do the job instead right?

In pretty much every Western country the group performance of Negros on IQ tests and academically is significantly below the population average. Whether this is due to biological factors or cultural is controversial. Actually it's not really controversial, because the biological hypothesis is scientifically taboo and the cultural hypotheses are mostly non-scientific.

I remember seeing from BBC news before, when he was being interviewed his eyes were blue when the sun hit his eyes but the interviewer who had blonde hair did not have blue eyes but light brown eyes instead when the light were on her eyes.

I've noticed lots of South-East Asians (Around Laos) with that sort of blue eyes. They seem to only be in old men (perhaps the pigment faded?) who otherwise show no sign of white admixture.
