Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices test was administered to a representative sample of 920 white, Mestizo and Native Mexican Indian children aged 7–10 years in Mexico. The mean IQs in relation to a British mean of 100 obtained from the 1979 British standardization sample and adjusted for the estimated subsequent increase were: 98·0 for whites, 94·3 for Mestizos and 83·3 for Native Mexican Indians.

It's a good test for measuring G factor but it's becoming outdated now.
Plus it would be more accurate measuring young Adults.

How did they do to split the "White" "Mestizo" and "Indian" Mexican IQ's? Did they ask them if they were White, Mestizo or Indians? Or they just arbitrarily classified the higher scoring IQ's as "white", median ones as "Mestizos" and the lowest ones as "Natives"?

It's not low at all.

The Mexican mestizo IQ of 94.3 is higher than the average of 10 European countries and higher than all Latin American countries.

They never tested 'white Mexicans' IQ's.

I don't know why you keep insisting I'm this Sigur person I would been banned long ago if so.

My parents are Dominican, my mother is from Colonial French from Maine ancestry but born in DR as well. I been to Dominican Rep don't know much about the place though, but I been to many towns, beaches and cities and it's not like you show it on average, much prettier and nicer.
