Culturally yes, racially it is not the same. Esp. when you engage in comparisons like these you have to pay attention to details. You won`t find many Dinarids among "genuine" Germans

In Southern Germany like Bayern or Baden-Würrtemberg for sure. I have seen plenty Dinarids there. The Dinarid element is quite typical for Southern Germany. Just think of Rudi Assauer and he is even from Rheinland-Pfalz(Southwestern Germany).

Seems like these Somalis have a pseudo veddoid look

They are mainly Somalid (Eastern classic Aethiopid type). Yes some Hornes have a pseudo Southasian vibe.

Anyway: Children are not good examples for a clear classification since their facial traits aren't completely developed.
