Kosovo, a 5-year state. Celebrations from Prishtina to Tirana

Prishtina - Kosovo celebrates today the 5th anniversary of independence and unlike other years, this time without international supervision. To celebrate the day, a series of activities have been organized in Prishtina and Tirana. Today at noon, in Prishtina, there will be the independence parade and some other activities.
"Other activities will continue starting at noon with the independence parade-the parade of Kosovo's Security Forces, Kosovo's police and the Emergency Service, with concerts for children until the last concert in the evening, at 20:00 in Prishtina's central square to be concluded with the fireworks show," said Kosovo's Culture Minister, Memli Krasniqi.
The first jubilee of Independence, , the 5th anniversary is celebrated today with a solemn session, held in the afternoon at 15:00, at the time and place of the historic session of February 17 2008, where aside from the current MPs and state officials of Kosovo's Republic, will be attended by international and neighboring political personalities, as well as former MPs, who signed the Declaration of Independence.
At the same time, celebrations will be held even in Tirana. Under the care of the municipality there will be a series of activities during the day. Different activities will be held since 11:00 to 20:00 alongside "Murat Toptani" street.
In these 5 years of Independence, Kosovo has been recognized by nearly 100 stated. It managed to become a member of the World Bank, of the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
