How many? I don't see that many in the Italian threads, tbh, I see blond meds all the time, but they don't look German.
It's not common, but in Northern Italy, it does happen.

Most times it works this way, but there are some exceptions, too. There are also dark types who look germanic, like actor Gabriel Garko. I live in Germany and i have to say his traits are VERY common.

I can't see him as a "med type", but rather as a dark germanic, even norwegian.
