What percent of Polish people have Jewish blood?

Jews were 10%+ of the population for 1000 years, intermarriage was outlawed usually, but there's various records of it occurring.

I've never been to Poland but when I watch Polish news, movies etc lots of the people (10%?) look distinctively Jewish.

Well, Jews have plenty of slavic blood in them so it's a fair trade. Just take a look at yours truly.

However, I doubt that too many Poles have much/any Ashkanazi blood. The communities weren't really THAT assimilated.

Many Jews from the former USSR are part Slavic ethnically (from mixed marriages etc), I know lots.

It depends on the historical era and the region. Intermarriage was only outlawed because it was so common.
