Well, if an American has mixed European ancestry (as most do), then North American (as he voted I think) is the best option.

I am from Macedonia but there's not much to be proud about that fact. The country is beyond impoverished and its government propagates the most idiotic form of politics and historical revisionism ever by people with incredible complexes. I was born and raised in the states however and I am currently employed at a decent part time job and studying at college. I am certainly happy to say I've not become a victim of its politics propagated by complexed Macedonians and I have historical truth on my side should the debate ever come up.
