Moldova. If Romania ever reunifies with them, they should base the new flag off of Moldovian one.

Andorra's also looks similar, but is boring.

I just think the flag of Psara looks great.

Also, the Cretan flag for anyone who thinks I'm 'anti-Turk". It incorporated a symbol for Muslims and Christians and was pretty clever.

The most creative flags:

I like the Soviet flag. The hammer and sickle look brilliantly



From the artistic point of view, the 3rd Reich's flag was done very creatively (btw, they used the colours of German Empire).



The Union Jack geniousely unites the flags of England, Scotland and... something else



The Turkish flag is actually the traditional emblem of Constantinople which had been in use long before the Turks. The sickle and star are symbols of a Greek goddess (I forgot her name).
