In Scenario A, the fash/Euro-Zionist wet-dream one, Jews are accepted as "honorary Aryans," Herzl's dream is accomplished not in Argentina or Poland but in the heart of Germany (or Poland after Nazi Germany takes it over, whatever), followed by the Berlin-Budapest Project that confirms the Bomb is feasible. They preferably explode it over an Allied-allied third-world country (most of the scientists resign, outraged and some of them are executed for "not defending Jewish and Aryan values of the Reich enough" or something, like 1940s America's Julius and Ethel Rosenberg) to intimidate Allies into surrendering 1945 Japan-style. Borders in Europe are set however Nazi Germany wishes, forcing America to go mind its own motherfucking business. The End.

In Scenario B, mostly the same as above, except we need to acknowledge that other factors are at play here that ultimately make it more possible or not.

In a sub-scenario B1, if Jews and Nazis are on the same side, the rest of the world (including Muslims, Christians in America, ordinary 1930s Americans) reacts to this unfavorably and cries "we need to stop this satanist Judeo-Teutonic empire. Someone oust this evil Rosenfelt fuckface now!" leading ultimately to second Wall Street collapse-turned American Kristalnicht and concentration camps in America instead, housing Jews instead of the Japanese-Americans in our universe. The "Jap the ape" dehumanizing scapegoat is replaced with "Kike-Kraut" propaganda pushed by American ex-Nazis who espouse a mix of populism, Christian fundamentalism, and good old-fashioned Southern hospitality rural conservatism with a free watermelon for every good Uncle Tom coon who is immediately enlisted to fight in their wars in case "Kike-Krauts" invade America the Beautiful™.

Another factor is resources, which Nazi Germany obviously had none and the issue of scapegoats, since their entire shtick was hating a "common parasite" (so likely "Bolshevik" would be a thing instead of the "Judeobolsheviks," like our timeline's Nazi Germany had) but they could still find plenty of people to deem "inferior." That's where Slavs come in and Stalin, like in every other timeline, is itching to jump at the first opportunity to send hordes of malnourished proletarians and ex-peasants to rape and pillage the "Judeo-Teutonic" Metropolis while giving Allies an insincere brief reach-around to further his own insincere goals. Timeline B Hitler, losing his cool as always, sends hi-tech soldiers to die a low-tech winter landscape death, leading to a 1945 Berlin 2: Electric Boogaloo (B1 default timeline: Fail.)

In a sub-sub-scenario B1.1, Imperial Japan has already joined the "chat" with the intention of double-teaming Russia. Now Nazi-allied Turkey would have likely used this opportunity to turn Nu-Ottoman and remove British influence from the Middle East or at least keep Allies busy. (B1.1 timeline: Win.)

B1.1.1 - Romantic Zionist faction pressures Nazi Germany and Neo-Ottomans into establishing a Nazi Ha'Aretz HaMuvtahat. In an unholy union of Jews, Nazis, and Turks, Arabs are told to shut the fuck up and crank that oil pipeline up to 11 for all the latest technological wonders coming out of Haifa, like something called a "Personal Calculator." Nazi Ha'Aretz colonizes the entire Africa (except Ethiopia and the Arab states) Ottoman-style and runs it akin to 2010s and 2020s Chinese economic colonization except with more Nazi Jewish flags.

B1.2 - Turkey, Italy, Russia, USA, UK, Canada decide to sabotage Nazi Germany except the result is stalemate. Jews in Allied-countries are kept in concentration camps.

B1.2.1 - Japan attempts to attack Russia except Russia's friend is United States which is used as an excuse to carpetbomb and/or invade Japan.

B1.2.2 - Japan's Tojo is miraculously ousted and Hirohito's more liberal general agrees to stay neutral to escape oil embargo. Japan gets to keep parts of Asia and establishes Shangai Prefecture for Jewish refugees as part of their "Fugu Plan," after studying the Russian psyop publication Protocols.

B1.2.2.1 - In the late 1940s, Russia covertly supports Chinese Communist insurrection, leading to another genocide as Jews are labelled "fascists" and "bourgeois" at the same time. The Kempeitai does nothing about this but I could picture Unit 731 and Nanjing Massacres used against the Chinese Communists.

B1.2.2.1.1 - In one possibility, Unit 731 is used to experiment on Jews like our timeline's Mengele although this is the most paranoid baseless speculation on this list yet.

B1.2.2.1.1.1 - Good Jewish boys and girls with high hopes for humanity are appalled at Japanese Army's conduct in the region and join the Chinese Communist resistance and end up getting killed.

In B2 let's say the Jewish-Nazi unholy pact would not alienate the 1930s U.S. public that already held mostly negative views of Jews and somehow decided that Wall Street ISN'T a "Judeo-Teutonic conspiracy" they perhaps strike a "keep your fingers off my American pie and I let you live" pact because it plays well into 1930s and early 1940s America's hands about non-interventionism but no motherfucking way the U.S., no matter how socially backward it used to be in its treatment of non-male and non-Anglo citizens, the culture of Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington would align itself with calculating genocidal Krauts and some weird calculating culture-alien religion-alien "wandering Judases." At least, not officially.

If Jewish-friendly Nazi Germany was defeated as well, you can imagine who is going to be blamed for "this," as always. If not, there would still be massacres except from the other side.

In a nutshell, I find the geopolitical environment of the 1930s slightly unfavorable for this outcome to work unless the unpredictable lesser factors somehow worked together in such an auspicious way to make the difference.

My understanding is that the Americans entry into the war + the founding/management of the Eastern Front, are the two primary factors in explaining the Nazis' defeat - with America's joining the war being of greatest importance.

I'd recommend Beevor's, The Second World War, for military history buffs.
