Yes, I am not aware of any specific arrests of Stormfront members in the U.S. unless they were arrested for allegedly committing some crime and then it was later revealed that they were site members. I would be interested to hear of any arrests, though. Stormfront is huge though it is THE white power website on the net, so I would not be surprised if some of their members were arrested for committing some crimes out in the real world. I am sure Stormfront has skinhead members.

I believe it did, too, although I don't know the whole story but merely the media reports (both mainstream accounts and Stormfront accounts, which are both likely biased). I've heard that it is legal, in some states, to strike someone for using "fighting words" against you. I suppose a line has to be drawn somewhere, and credible physical threats are that line. There is no such thing as true free-speech, since free means "without limits", but I suppose that's getting into a metaphysical concept of freedom. Regarding "hate-speech", I once got temporarily banned from YouTube for it (and it was not a threat of violence); they told me they support "free-speech", but not "hate-speech".

Well, a WN counter-argument for your statement would be along the lines of the notion that, despite any non-European lineage showing up in any given member's ancestry from however long ago, whites still exist as biologically distinct beings- as do all races from one another. Some are very intelligent, logical individuals who can make cogent arguments, and realize some ideal of metaphysical "white purity" is a ridiculous concept to defend, let alone use as a fragile standard for an ideology. Does Dolph Lundgren, for example, have Hunnic ancestry that entered his lineage a thousand years ago? It would be irrelevant; but the problem arises when a line needs to be drawn regarding what amount of admixture is acceptable. But, the various enclaves they have set up seem to be doing well enough, so they have obviously found a decent enough standard to use.

Quite simply, Europe is not the genetic island that WNs would like to see it as. A Sicilian/Lithuanian mix will be more of a mutt than a Sicilian/Sephardic mix. Furthermore, White Nationalists have a tendency to talk about their "white heritage" - drawing examples from the Roman empire to Viking mythology, which is absurd. They try to claim everything, when culturally speaking, all they can claim is 'American'. WNism strikes me as a group of people without an identity trying to force one.

I was just using Lithuanian as an example. Where white nationalism (or European nationalism) falls flat is that I'd feel more kinship with a Maronite or an Assyrian than with a Baltic European.
