ha we will have to discuss Korean dramas sometime. To me, I think I would get tired of the story line "rich scheming girl and poor innocent girl compete for rich handsome honorable guy". Poor girl wins and rich girl eats shit. A few of the ones adapted from Japan or Taiwan are a little different, and of course the historical ones.

They are good vehicles for learning Korean though

Haha, you talk about romance dramas. Most of them are very clice, I agree. I have watched a couple, but they are getting boring - the same again and again.

I prefer others like the Slingshot or Joseon X-Files.

We do have our own soap operas. It's just that buying foreign ones is cheaper for the channels apparently.
