Well for sure if I was to compare who look like them the most than Australian aborigines look Black. The same I would compare Caucasian with Ainu/Jomon. As for Dravidians, I still think they have their own look or I still think they look closer to North Indians.
Their face are different to African Blacks and Ethiopians. Australian Aborines and Dravidians have neither the genetics and skulls that matches African people, their physical features are a environmental adaption. Anyway should they be considered Black?
Tamil Indians, their the only group who I would never classify as Black even though their closer to this veddoid Australoid. It's their hair, facial hair, nose shape, bone structure that is similar to Caucasian. Another group said they are related with Australian aborigines but I don't see it at all.
