Yeah that fellow is a Bantu Mushungulu from Benadir region. For some reason Albinism is more frequent among them. But here are some Somali albinos I posted before

Btw, Bantus are not native to Somali regions, but the Nilo-Cushitic groups like Garre are...these are even more pure East African genetically than Somalis and the aboriginal groups were all EA+MENA hybrids of various degrees, ranging from the Carab Salaax of North East Somalia and Socotra
