The only way to go there and inhabit one of those planets capable to sustain life would be to create a Einsten Rosen bridge.

I have this idea about first exploiting all the resources of Mars such as metals possible found in it, with those metals building a huge space station capable of hosting hundreds of thousands of people, once such station is complete and full of very selected people, the Einstein Rosen Bridge should be open and transport the space station to the orbit of one of those planets and from that point to start the planet colonization.....
Sounds incredible, maybe we wont be able to witness it but I think it is going to happen.
The Battle of San Pasqual was a military encounter that occurred during the Mexican-American War in what is now the San Pasqual Valley community of the city of San Diego, California. On December 6 and December 7, 1846, the Californios, and their Presidial Lancers, led by General Don Andres Pico, (1810-1876), defeated Stephen W. Kearny´s US Army column of 150 men.

It is in our solar system and there might be life under the crust of ice.

Earth, of course. It's kind enough to let us live on it's back and not kick up too much of a fuss about it all. Very reliable and reasonable, the same can't be said for some of the other ruffians in the solar system.
