Smallest and Tallest European populations

Which Europeans are smallest in height and which ones are tallest.

According to the Human height list in Wikipedia:
People from the Dinaric Alps aswell as Scandinavians and Dutch are tallest on average.
Portuges People seem to be among the smallest in Europe according to that list, with Man averaging 1,73 m and woman 1,63 m. Now i am not sure how accrucate those lists really are.
Does anyone know more about this subject?

I'm an average height guy from Lisbon. I'm 177cm.
So no, the 173 figure doesn't seem right from my experience.

In Austria, from my experience it is 1,80 for males, woman about 1,70 m.
