Africa: Christians outnumber Muslims

Christianity is simply more credible in the region. Also it doesn't 'require' strange new customs like circumcision/dietary laws which are against the cultural norms for the region anyway.
This is a testament to people choosing their own religion, and not being "converted" by force or coersion.

- strange dietary laws? Dont eat pork is strange?
Cultural norms...yeah, like the typical African polygamist will just be eager to become monogamous and unable to divorce.

It's only an African custom among certain groups. That's why forced circumcision is practiced in Africa when natives are "converting" to islam. Divorce is frowned upon in Christianity but it is allowed. And yes, dietary laws are strange to people who don't practice them, especially ones that prohibit widely accepted foods.
