I need to ask one question. Egyptians seem to have less of those hypercaucasoid types compared to Ethiopia. Are Egyptians less pure caucasoid compared to Kenyans and Ethiopians?

Here are couple of maps on cephalic index
Looking only at CI East Africans really seem to be hypercaucasoids. In fact all of Africa is hypercaucasoid if we look only at CI. But if we add facial morphology I'm sure East Africa will come on top on hypercaucasoidness.
