Yeah, those Saami tribespeople who are practically Native Americans really are advanced, and those Scottish Highlanders are right up there with Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Pliny, Cato, Cicero.

Both Northern and Southern Europe have had "advanced" societies as well as more basic ones.

And I wouldn't even limit to Europe. At their peaks, the Egyptians, Babylonians, Phoenicians et. al. were more advanced than most anyone else.

It's confusing how people say that Arabs and Jews are not white, yet the rest of the Caucasians are. What the hell is that supposed to mean? If they're all in the same race, the Caucasian race, then what is White, and how are they separated? When people say "White", is it supposed to be some kind of status in a racial caste system of the Caucasian people? No one even has a real definition of what "Whiteness" is.
